1. No charges during the beta
Nothing is sold during the invitation-only beta and no payment is taken, so no refund can arise. A card added during the beta is stored only as a masked reference to prepare for future billing and is never charged.
2. When paid plans open
When paid plans become available, a refund policy will be published on this page before any charge is possible, and will follow the consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction — including the seven-day right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code (CDC) and the 14-day withdrawal right under EU/UK consumer law, where applicable.
